Sam Bankman-Fried was found guilty on all charges of fraud and conspiracy for defrauding people with the massive scam that was FTX. The sooner the entirety of cryptocurrency dies, the better the world will be.

SolarWinds and its CISO Timothy G. Brown have been charged with fraud over the SUNBURST breach. It'll be interesting to see if failing to tell investors about how bad internal tech security really is becomes something senior executives need to start caring about. Will companies take security seriously or just add another disclaimer to the other 8473 in the annual report? Gee, I wonder which option they'll pick.
